Gut und sicher verpackt ist der Turmventilator angekommen. Der Zusammenbau ist einfach. Standstabilität ist soweit ok - sofern es sich um einen nicht nachfedernden Boden handelt - hier könnte es ggf. ein wenig schwierig werden.
Mit der Leistung des Turmventilators bin ich überaus zufrieden - der absolute Pluspunkt jedoch ist, dass der Turmventilator wirklich recht geräuscharm ist, im Verhältnis zu anderen und somit auch Schlafzimmertauglich. Da es sich hier um ein "Vollplasteteil" handelt muss man bzgl. der Optik Abstriche machen - von daher von mir ein Punktabzug - ist jedoch Geschmackssache.
Fazit: klare Kaufempfehlung, gerade dann, wenn man auch was für die Nacht sucht.

Schickes Design - ordentliche Leistung - Fernbedienung

Der Honeywell lässt sich ziemlich schnell aufbauen.
Untergestell zusammengesteckt und den Standfuß montiert.
Das alles funktioniert mit Schrauben, welche dem Modell schon in den ensprechenden Löchern eingefügt wurden.
Klingt sexistisch, ist aber so :-)

Der Aufbau dauert ca. 3 Minuten. Alles fein.

Die Leistung ist ausgesprochen gut. In der höchsten Stufe macht das Gerät ordentlich Betrieb.
Im Vergleich zu einem Billiggerät aus dem Baumarkt ist es nicht nur vom Design besser gelungen, sondern ist auch vom
Platz her relativ raumsparend.

Die Geräuschkulisse ist nicht zwangsläufig das, was ein Uhrensammler als leise empfinden würde. Dennoch entspricht die Lautstärke bei diesem Gerät dem, was man noch als schlafenswert durchgehen lassen kann. Ich schätze mal so auf die halbe Lautstärke bei einem größeren, aus dem Baumarkt erworbenem Flatterteil.

Einziger Kritikpunkt hierbei wäre, dass das Gäret nicht höhenverstellbar ist.
Hat man ein "Prinzesschen auf der Erbse" Bett,dann könnte die Kühlung nur unterhalb landen und nicht dort, wo sie eigentlich hin sollte.

Die Fernbedienung ist eine schicke Dreingabe, mit welcher man die Rotation, die Geschwindigkeit und natürlich auch das Aus-/Einschalten bedienen kann.

Das Gerät kommt in bruchsicherer Verpackung verwahrt. Die eigentliche Produktkartonage mit farbigem Design befindet sich in einer zusätzlichen Umverpackung. Im Lieferumfang befinden sich neben dem Gerät die Einzelteile des Standfußes, Fernbedienung mit 2 AAA-Batterien sowie ein multilinguale Betriebsanleitung.

Vor der Inbetriebnahme wird der Turmventilator in wenigen Schritten mit dem Stand-Fuß zusammengefügt. Die Betriebsanleitung liefert dazu alle Informationen. Nach Betätigung der Anschalttaste läuft der Ventilator angenehm leise in der niedrigsten Stufe (1) die sich bis zur Power-Stufe (5) steigern lässt. Auf Knopfdruck kann auch die Oszillationsfunktion (Drehung um ca. 90°) gestartet werden. Mit der Timer-Funktion ist optional ein Betrieb über 1, 2, 4 oder 8 Stunden programmierbar.

Die kühlende Wirkung ist spürbar. Der im montierten Zustand 87 cm hohe Turmventilator (Gewicht 3,75 kg) ist auch optisch eine elegante Erscheinung. Die direkt am Gerät aufbewahrbare Fernbedienung zur Steuerung sämtlicher Funktionen ist eine sehr nützliche Ergänzung.
