Der Lüfter macht im Prinzip das, was er soll, jedoch...
...er vibriert im Betrieb, weil die beiden Ventilatoren schlecht ausgewuchtet sind
...der Schiebeschalter funktioniert zwar, er macht aber einen sehr wackeligen Eindruck
...die Befestigung der Fettfilter ist sehr schwach ausgelegt.

Ich schicke das Gerät jetzt nicht zurück, weil ich es mühsam eingebaut habe, würde es mir jedoch nicht wieder kaufen.

Ich habe zwei mal vergebens versucht, eine Siemens LB54564 Dunstabzugshaube für Küche meiner Tante zu erwerben.

Pro:
- Markenname: Für meine Tante war das wichtig.
- Preis: die nächst preiswerteste Haube (FRANKE INCA LUX FBI537XS oder SILVERLINE Astec Deluxe ASL 685 E) kostet ca. 100€ mehr.

Contra:
- billig wirkendes Aussehen: Es handelt sich nicht um Edelstahloptik, sondern um matt eloxiertes Aluminium und billigen grauen Kunststoff.

- Fehlkonstruktion: Ja, auf der Verpackung steht gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube mit Oberteil nach oben transportiert werden soll. Aber ... wer kann das schon tatsächlich garantieren? Keiner.
Deswegen brechen die schweren Lüfter-Motoren raus, wenn die Haube um 180° verdreht transportiert worden ist.
Deswegen werden die Kunststoffbolzen abgeschert, wenn die Haube um 90° verdreht (auf einer Seite) transportiert worden ist.
